Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back your item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@lizsean.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Late or Missing Refunds
